INSURANCE

Dr. Christine does not accept insurance; however sessions may still be covered with a PPO insurance plan. At the end of each session, the client pays the full session fee, and at the end of each month, a “superbill” will be created with all of the necessary information for the client to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. It is advised to contact insurance carriers prior to treatment for questions about the extent of reimbursement for an “Out of Network Provider.”

QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER

​1. Do I have Out of Network behavioral health benefits? 

2. Do I have an Out of Network deductible, how much is it and has it been met?

3. What is my Out of Network reimbursement rate per session?

4. Are there limitations based upon the length of session (45 minutes versus 60 minutes)?

5. How many sessions are covered per calendar year?

RATES

$200 – per 50 minute therapy session

$250 - per 50 minute parent coaching session, includes report of recommendations and next steps

$300 – per 90 minute couple or family therapy session

*Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

PAYMENT

Credit cards are accepted for payment and are due in full at the end of each session.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Each appointment is reserved for you. If you need to cancel, I require at least 24-hour notice from your scheduled session time.  This allows the opportunity for someone else who is in need to benefit from the availability.
